We would like to inform you that some users in the Middle Eastern region may currently experience connectivity issues or increased latency while accessing networks/services hosted in India.

The issue is due to ongoing disruptions caused by submarine cable cuts affecting Airtel’s international routes. This has resulted in temporary routing instability and higher latency on certain international paths. Our upstream provider is actively working on rerouting traffic and restoring normal performance at the earliest. We are closely monitoring the situation and will keep you updated on further developments.
